"for one part, for the other part"

Hi!

Would you find it natural to use the expressions "For one part I did it because.... and for the other part because.." instead of "partly because... and partly because"

I'd also like to know if there there are other possible prepositions, like "_in_ one part because.."

No, "part" is inapt here.

"On the one hand, I did A; on other hand, I did B.

"In the first place, I did A; in the second place, I did B.

"First of all, I did A; secondly, I did B."
