For my lunch vs for lunch

I am going to make two similar sentences below.


(1) For lunch, I will cook spaghetti in meat sauce.

(2) For my lunch, I will cook spaghetti in meat sauce.


Does the possessive pronoun "my" change the meaning of the sentence? Thanks a lot.
