For me

Hello,

1. The dress too small for her.

2. He is not too old for this job.

I have to remove 'too'.

1a. The dress is so small that it is not suitable for me.

1b.The dress is so small that it will not fit to me.

2a. He is not so old that he is not fit for this job.

2b. He is not so old that he is not suitable for this job.

Please check my answers.

2a. He is not so old that he is not fit for this job.

2b. He is not so old that he is not suitable for this job.

2a and 2b are very unnatural. I'd say He is young enough for this job.
