Hi! I've been pondering long and hard whether the following is correct: "... it is a very important place for many people...". I'm uncertain, as I've realised "... important place to many people..." could also be a possibility. I kind of feel both are OK - and online grammar checkers I've tried seem to have confirmed this notion - however, I still have doubts I'd prefer to have a human dispel, rather than a machine. So what do you think?
Thanks a lot and feel free to correct me if I have also made any mistakes in the above text!
