Vocabulary

"For example, and I "

Hi,

I would like to ask you some questions.

First,

"For example, my friend and I played ..." In this sentence, should the "m" of "my" and "I" be capital ?

By the way, i dont want to create a new thread. So I have a question too Emotion: smile

Is this sentence "I have played ... and have worked ... " correct ? or, should i use "I have played ... and worked ..." ? If the verbs are in present perfect tense.

Top answer

' I ' is always capitalised; the 'm' in 'my is not (unless it starts a sentence). 'I have played and worked' is usually OK, but it depends on the further context. Rover

Well, thanks for answer.

This is the sentence;

"I have played in various music bands and have worked in different teams". It is only one sentence. So, i should use "worked" instead of "have worked" ? in the pr. perfect.
