They were having dinner.
They are still having dinner.
They haven't finished dinner yet.

Can I also say like this?

They were having for ......
They are still having for ....
They haven/t finished for dinner....

No. You can say "they had salmon and green beans for dinner" but not "They haven't finished for dinner."
