Dear all,
Kindly correct the grammatical errors in the following note for posting the same in Facebook and Wats up.
"Kambisseril House, Vallikunnam as it existed before it was demolished a few days ago by its present owner. It was built by Kambisseril Kochikka Channar, our great grandfather who participated in the Vaikom Sathyagraha. My father's mother Kambisseril Nani Amma and mother's father Kambisseril Kunjuraman Channar were among his children; Kambisseri Karunakaran, freedom fighter, Ex-MLA, editor of Janayugom, writer, actor and great humanist was his youngest son. It was a house which witnessed a number of historical events. Ideally the house should have been preserved as a heritage site. Unfortunately none of us had the money to buy it along with the adjoining land. But we were all stunned when we came across the news of its demolition. We all would look upon it with a touch of nostalgia. Now it is reduced to 1.2 acres of land in real estate terms."
Thanking you in advance.
