For-clause at the beginning of a sentence?

Is there a name for this sort of thing? Here's an example...

"For her not to call her mother on Mother's Day is outrageous."

I called it a "for-clause" but is there another name for it? It's clearly a clause, one that's fulfilling the role of subject in the sentence, but something about it is throwing me off. Thanks in advance!
