Clearly #1 of the sentences below is the best of the three, but my question is, are the following sentences all acceptable in English?
1. Thank you for supporting me and my works.
2. Thank you for supporting me and supporting my works.
3. Thank you for supporting me and for supporting my works.

3. Thank you for supporting me and for supporting my works. (The second "for supporting" is redundant.)
The first sentence is correct. The second and third are incorrect for reasons stated above.

If 'acceptable' means 'grammatical', then yes.
If 'acceptable' includes 'succinct', then no, not so much.
