For allotting a room in hostel

I joined my position as a lecturer in XXX college, AAA on 1st September, 2018. Since I joined the college, I have been facing accommodation problem, as my family lives in a different district and the college has no hostel. To solve my problem, the Directorate has issued me a letter addressing the Principal of YYY college, AAA for my accommodation in their hostel which is just for lectures. When I went their, the Principal told me that I would have to share a room with one of the lectures already accommodating the hostel as there was no empty rooms. But none of the lectures was willing to do so and I kept moving the rooms. The Principal, then, put me in the students' hostel, but there too I keep on moving from a room to another which is in no way right. My Principal has also recommended the YYY college Principal for my accommodation but all in vain.

Actually, the rooms of the YYY college lectures' hostel have been allotted to the ZZZ university professors despite that the university has its own hostel.

I, therefore, request you that being a teacher I must be treated with respect and should be allotted a separate room in the teachers' hostel. Copy of the accommodation letter by the Directorate is attached to this letter for your necessary actions.

I'm correcting your English and trying to improve the strength of your appeal. I am a little confused with the ***, yyy, aaa, and zzz. I think they all represent different universities, but I'm not sure. I may make some error if I am not understanding that well, but my intention is to otherwise assist you resolving this serious matter. I hope you are able to accomplish your simple request to have the basic accommodation of living quarters provided to you by the system for which you work. Good luck.

I assumed my position as a lecturer at *** college, AAA (I don't know what AAA is here) on September 1, 2018. Since joining the college, I have been facing a continual accommodation problem as my family lives in a different district where the college has no hostel. To solve my problem, the Directorate issued a letter addressing the Principal of YYY college, AAA requesting my accommodation in their hostel, which is just for lecturers. When I arrived there, the Principal advised me that I would have to share a room with one of the lecturers already living at the hostel since there were no empty rooms available. Unfortunately, none of the lecturers was willing to share a room, and I found it necessary to move from room to room, which has been exceeding inconvenient. The Principal then moved me into the students' hostel, but there, too, I was moved from one room to another. Clearly, this situation is not right. My Principal has taken the additional step of recommending my accommodation to the YYY college Principal, but that was in vain as well.

Making matter worse or more difficult to understand is the fact that the rooms of the YYY college lecturers' hostel have been allotted to ZZZ university professors despite the zzz university's having its own hostel available to those lecturers.

I, therefore, request that I be recognized as a teacher who should be treated with the same respect given to others in my position and as such, I should be allotted a separate room in the teachers' hostel. A copy of the accommodation letter by the Directorate is attached to this letter for your consideration and action.

I would be most grateful for your attention to this very serious matter that has been unresolved for some time now.
