For all you know

What does "for all you know" mean?

For all you know, you just stepped over an uncrossable line.

For all you know, he will be the next president.

Is it the same as saying the following?

You might have not realized, you just stepped over an uncrossable line.
Maybe, although we are not sure yet, he will be the next president.

Incidentally, what is the difference between "might have not realized" and "might have not come to realize"?
