"For all she know" and "make a run for it" problem-phl

Hi everyone,

Can someone explain the meaning of "for all she know" and "make a run for it" in the following passage from X-men comics.

And she'd been setup. And for all she know Gambit was a part of the setup, too. She decided to make a run for it.
