For a natural sentence

It's got great art, an oddball story, and is surprisingly poignant in places.
I could also see where people might think that it's a bunch of derelict ideas awash in a loosely presented narrative.

I think "where" should be replaced with "whether" or that "it's" displaced with "there is" that the second sentence may be natural; am I wrong?
