3.I have been there for days.

Which one is not correct?

All fine, as are:

I have been there for hours.
He has been there for weeks.
I have been there for decades.
They have been there for centuries.
It has been there for millenia.

The ones with shorter time periods seem less likely semantically, because the speaker is now not 'there' but 'here'.
