For 15000$

I am to transalate this article from Time magazine into my native language. It is about a tv show called "My super sweet 16"; I have never watched nor heard of it, therefore, I'm in a desperate need of help. These examples are only for now. All I know of this tv programme is that it is about some adolescent boys and girls whose parents buy and bribe them to keep them satisfied. That is the programme in a nutshell as far as I know

"In the future, everyone will be famous for 15000$"
So, does this imply, my opinion, that it is relatively easy to become a famous person?

"Their blingy flings are not celebrated of accomplishment; they're celebrations of self"

Blingy flings? Does this refer to some luxurious items that some spoiled kids get?

Firstly, you should put the currency symbol before the number: $15000.

This is a joke. There is a very famous saying, by Andy Warhol, that everyone will be famous for 15 minutes. This is re-phrasing it into 'everyone will be famous for 15 thousand dollars.'

Ok, I have another sentence that is overwhelming.

"For rich teens, the hottest birthday present is a six-figure helping of fame"
To what does the " six-figure of helping fame" refer?

A six-figure number is at least $100,000 (six digits, see?).

But I don't know what the sentence really means without context, other than to say whatever it is they are getting, it costs at least $100,000 and gets them noticed by others.

That is a subtitle in the text, hence can't really give you more context. But I guess that makes sense very well what you suggested. After all, money is the issue that the author is pondering in this text. Thanks.

six-figure helping of fame
a large portion/amount of fame
(just give them fame instantly, and lots of it)

Problems just won't go away:/

One sentence that just won't cross my mind. " The parties are the aesthetic equivalent of Hilary Duff MP3s" The preceding sentence was about how teenagers foolishly use the money that is given to them. I'm aware that Hilary Duff is both an actor and a singer, or does my memory serve me wrong? Therefore, does this sentence have a sarcastic tone on it? Is it so

Hillary Duff is a teenage singer. It is hard to be certain without more context, but this seems to show that the author dislikes the parties and considers them childish and chaotic.
