- John's parents wants to disown him because he refuses to quit gambling, shooting heroin, dealing drugs, having sex with hookers and football betting.

- Is this sentence natural to say?

It's "parents want" not wants; you should say "betting on football" rather than "football betting", although that's included in the "gambling" at the start of the list.
