Foot of the blanket

Is there a foot to a duvet?

A duvet will have a duvent cover on it and an opening to allow you to put the duvet in. Once in the opening is usually at the foot of the blanket. Can you say that?

Is rotate or turn around correct?

I Rotate/turned the blanket around because I had the foot.

Thanks
