Song Writing & Lyrics

Foolish beat by Debbie Gibson

In the lyrics of this song, it says: "I'm not fooling nobody"
Could anybody explain me its meaning? And I also wonder why this is a negative sentence with "not" but uses "nobody". I think it should be anybody instead.

The double negative is just a stylized low-register coloquialism. I'm not deceiving anyone.

Without context, it could mean, "I'm not trying to deceive anyone," or, "I'm trying to deceive someone, but not succeeding."
