Foods?

Hi. Can we write these? Please look at the underlined parts.

1. What are your three best Chinese foods?

2. (in a sumptuous banquet where all different menus from different countries are presented)

Please enjoy the foods we have prepared.

Could we use the above sentence in a banquet when we don't know whether menus from different countries are presented (but knows the menus are extensive and are from other countries).

Let us go and enjoy foods in the banquet.

Your sentences are OK, and the answer to your question is 'Yes', but the main problem is that 'dishes' is a better and more natural word choice instead of 'foods'.
