Food that you want to share

Hey! Imagine a situation: you live with 4 or 5 people in a flat and everybody have a place to keep his food (food only for yourself) . But there is also a place where everybody can put food that he want to share with the others and everybody can take anything from there. How would we call that place/food?
My versions - Common food and Shared food.
