Food rich in fibre is good for [your] digestion.

Hello,

I would like to make sure if I understand the following sentences correctly:

1a) Food rich in fibre is good for digestion.
1b) Food rich in fibre is good for your digestion.

2a) I always buy vegetables from the same old lady at the market.
2b) I always buy my vegetables from the same old lady at the market.

Are both a) and b) versions correct? If yes, then can we treat a) as just a statement of a fact while b) is more personalized, for example might my vegetables in 2b) mean a specific set of vegetables that one always chooses?

I see. So an author added my before vegetables to emphasize the fact that these vegetables would be used by the buyer. I think it might seem to be unnecessary in the majority of cases since people usually don't buy vegetables as gifts.
Similarly with the addition of your before digestion - an author wanted to emphasize that food rich in fibre would be good not only

Yes.

If we are new to a location, we will ask a local: Where do you buy your clothes? Where do you buy your meat? etc.

It's like asking for a recommendation for the best places to shop.
