Talking to a phone operator about a food delivery person:

She says: He now has all the correct info and is going/coming back now.

Me: Oh thanks, I cant wait to eat!

It's an online food delivery service and the operator is at the office.

"Telephone operator" is not the right term. A "telephone operator" works for the telephone company, and used to connect you with the person you wanted to talk with (before automated switches).

Service representative is the term most often used for a person who works for a company you are doing business with.

If you're asking about the choice between "coming" and "going," it could be either. It depends on whether the person on the phone is speaking from her perspective (the delivery guy is leaving the restaurant, therefore "going") or the customer's perspective (the customer is waiting for him to come back, therefore "coming").

Do you mean that he had your food, but not the correct address?
If so, then he could not go/come back, because he was never there in the first place.
