Follows + subject

Hi, I need some help please from native English speakers.
I have this expression - it is actually a stamp:

"Follows the notary certification"

The stamp is placed at the end of an official document and it is meant to point out that the notary certification can be found lower, on the same page.

Is it a correct structure?
I know that expletives like "there is / there are" can be followed by the subject. Is it the same with "follow"?
Thank you.

Anonymous Is it a correct structure? No. English-language stamps of that kind would have "Notary certification follows" or "Notary certification below".

Thank you, CalifJim.
It sounded weird even to me as a non-native speaker.
"Notary certification below" is also the alternative I had in mind.
