Follow up overtime/ Please revise my letter..thanks!
Dear Sir,
I am writing this email to formally follow up my overtime payment concern, which I believe that I am entitle to receive it, As I have been instructed to work beyond working hours. Kindly take note especially last August during Ramadan that we were assigned to work in your house, that I had rendered total 28hrs.
As you previously discussed to us during our first meeting together, that there will be no problem for you to pay for our overtime wage because we are receiving low salary compared to the salary of other Assistants.
My exceeding working hours for a total duration of 6 months, beginning on the month of August, 2017 last year, has not been paid for thus far.
Please keep in mind also that I am simply asking for my overtime payments that I am expected to receive by the end of this month. I’d like to inform you also that I am willing to render overtime work in the future if its mandatory with appropriate compensation.
