Follow up e-mail below

Hi~ I received e-mail unrelated my jobs, so I want to forward it to right person and tell him to handle it.

Can I say 'follow up e-mail below and handle it'?

Are you in a position of authority over this other person? Can you order him to do things? If so, you can tell him to follow up on the email below and handle it.
