Follow-up

"I just got my master's degree in psychology and I'm planning to apply to a university in Germany for a follow-up program."

I'm trying to say that I want to apply for a similar program at a university abroad after graduating from the university, at which I'm a student now . This system is used in the Netherlands, the Czech Republic and in Germany as well. Is 'follow-up' the right word?

When I'm at a restaurant and I'm ordering for more people, what alternatives could I use instead of the ordinary: "I would like two Hawai pizzas."

"I would like the Hawai pizza and make it twice. (This seems a bit rude to me.)"

I can't think of any alternatives at this moment because I usually stick to the common phrases. I heard people use 'twice' too, but I still have doubts about it. Any suggestions?
