In a movie theater drifting off, falling asleep
Can you use 'follow'? I'm not sure about this.
I'm not following the movie. I keep drifting off. I really don't know what is going on in the movie.

Is it correct to use 'follow' this way?
I don't following this show.
I don't following sports.
