The dog's name is "Chelsea."

Hi.

I think the sentence misses a comma after Chelsea.

Hi, hrsanei,

You could set off "the dog" with two commas if you felt there might otherwise be some confusion, but it's idiomatic in many cases to include the designation along with the name -- like Wanda the witch; Peter the rabbit.

Well, maybe those would be capitalized: Wanda The Witch; Peter The Rabbit . . . ??

Other opinions?

Hi Avangi.

Thank you very much.

You are right, if we want to add comma, two commas should be used so as they act likeparatheses for providing further information.

Thanks

Cheers
