fold page in 4

Can you say 'fold page in 4'?
If not, how would you say it?

How would you differentiate the 2 folding techniques. Is this correctly expressed? Is it natural to say 'open the page'?
What I am trying to say is : to fold the page in half and than in half again so that when you open the page up, you have 4 squares.
or fold the page in half and in half again so that when you open the page you have 4 columns.

Thank you
