focused ADJECTIVE?

I am focused on him. Is this correct? Is focused an adjective or verb here?

I focus on him. This is a verb but the first sentence I'm not sure.

When you say 'focus on', basically you give attention to one particular subject or situation or person.

So I think it would not be wrong to make such an example sentence: ''I focused my green eyes on her.''

When you use 'to be focused', you mean someone has a clear and definite purpose.
