flush

Do native English speakers say "Flush toilet paper only"?
I believe that you can say, "Use toilet paper only" or "Flush toilet."
And I guess that "Flush toilet paper only" or "Flush only toilet paper" sounds a bit strange.

Am I correct?

From a plumber's point of view, such an admonition points to the fact that paper towels and sanitary napkins often clog the sewer drains. I guess you know that. "Use toilet paper only" would normally suffice, but the idea may be that you can use something else as long as you don't flush it.
