"instruction leaflet" or "instructions", or, if the context is clear, just "leaflet".

Thank you so much! I have another question! How can I say this: I mean is this right?:
My blood pressure went down ( or was low), so the doctor prescribed a blood test and after I ran the blood test, she gave me a serum ( that liquid that comes to your body )

My blood pressure was low, so the doctor ordered a blood test. After seeing the results, she gave me ???.

This assumes that the doctor gave you the treatment after seeing the results, which seems the most likely scenario.

I'm afraid I do not know the correct name for the treatment or medicine you were given. If "serum" is correct then it may not need an article.

In my country if someone's blood pressure falls down, the doctor would send him/her to a a room in which the nurse comes and use serum ( a type of liquid which is sent into the person's vessels by something like a pipe!). Am I using the correct expression and words? Do you also have the same treatment?

That's because we don't know the answer. You'll have to wait until somebody with medical experience comes along.
