Fluffy

What's the meaning of this word? I know it is used in cookery lesson. Could u say something like "cream it together until fluffy"? Thanks. I love cooking.

Mostly in the sence we use this word 'fluffy' is that, when we whip a cream a lot with help of fork or something else, after a while its gonna start to have a lighter texture and it gonna have a double volume than it had. I mean it would become of double size and with very softer look.
