i wanna to talk with who is speaks Fluent English . & who is correct me when i will be wrong anywhere .

First of all, I will recommend you to study the tense..... You are using "is" wrongly. for example I want to talk with someone who is "speaking" fluent English.....

First of all, I will recommend you to study the tense..... You are using "is" wrongly. .... For example " I want to talk with someone who speaks fluent English and who corrects me when I am wrong.".....when you use "is" there should be "ing" to the verb.........for example I want to talk with someone who is "speaking" fluent English..... Generally, in Present Continuous tense "is" is used. It
