Floor and ceiling

A dictionary defines "room" as follows:

"a part or division of a building enclosed by walls, floor, and ceiling"

Why there is no article in front of floor and ceiling?

Any hint appreciated.

This is also common in recipes. After the list of ingregients, the directions might later say: " then add salt, flour, nutmeg and sugar to the liquid mixture".

Thank you Philip, for your help!

Yes, in this case, since all the ingredients are uncountable, I understand that indefinite articles are not used. However, what made me puzzled was that the 'floor' and 'ceiling' in my example sentence were countable nouns.
