Flipkart problem

I uploaded two pictures of a badminton racket head, the problem is when I received this product you can see there was no colour on right side of the head. Now in order to replace it, I must explain the problem to the online vendor. What ifI say this.

Sir when I unboxed the racket the colour of the head's right side was came off/peeled off. Or there were no color scratched out.

Or should I remove off or out whichever works better here.

Please help me to correct this?

"scratched" means that something has rubbed against the frame and scraped away the paint/coating. If it is "scratched" then the surface will feel rough. Does the surface feel rough?
