Hi, I have never written a thesis before and wondered if you would be able to comment on my first attempt....thank you!
The extension of the flexible working legislation in April 2009 to include parents with children under the age of 16 and the Government’s commitment to raise awareness of the flexible working legislation has failed to improve the take up and awareness of flexible working amongst employees at (company name), particularly for male employees.
