AnonymousIs "actually" really this flexible? Almost. Some people (such as myself) tend to overuse it, in a manner similar to "really." It went through a "valley girl" type of popularism, but I think that's mostly over. It's long enough to allow you to collect your thoughts while you're drawling it out.
