flaw or fault

Which is the correct word and how would a native speaker naturally say this sentence?
All the faults/flaws a best friend could have, she certainly has the smallest fault/flaw of all. Her only fault/flaw is that she is always late for everything.

Thanks

Of all the flaws a best friend could have, she certainly has the smallest of all, her only one being that she is always late for everything. 'flaws' is gentler than 'faults' Repeating the word fault/flaw makes it more insistent/harsher, so I have removed the repeats. There are of course alternative words.
