I am frozen like when I sliced my finger while trying to open a can of peaches. Like when I watched a scary movie at Lorianne's house. Like when I fell off my bike that one summer.
I want to convey a series of flashbacks where the narrator is 'frozen' in fear in. How do I achieve this while keeping the flow of 'like'? Would this flow make sense grammatically?

This is creative writing, not essay writing. For that reason you don't need to worry as much about incomplete sentences. What you have is fine.
