Flagrant VS Egregious

Hi

Would you say that flagrant and egregious are essentially synonymous here?

He showed a flagrant disregard for everyone else's feelings.
He showed an egregious disregard for everyone else's feelings.

And what about:

He showed a blatant disregard for everyone else's feelings.

Are all these words (flagrant, blatant and egregious) reasonably common?

Thanks,

Tom
