Fixing Writting grammar

Hi, I have a topic to dicuss. It is:
"What do you think about the theme "Switch gear Steer the Flock"? How is it relevant to you and the Youth in general?"

This is my idea and it would be great if you can help me fix the mistakes in this passage :

To me, one aspect that the message of the theme tell us: "You should share your leader role and be a member sometimes". I think that a leader may not understand his/her members feeling in some case, so if a leader have a chance to be a member, he/she would know their feeling not only inside but also outside and he/she would be a better leader. On the other hand, a member may not understand how hard to be a leader, so if they have chance to lead a group, they would have more sympathy for their leader. After all, not only the union of a group will be closer, but a leader also has less burden and feel more comfortable, and members also have chance to improve their leadership skills. Moreover, the world may find out another talented leader!
In another aspect, when we switch gear steer the flock, we may find another ways that lead our group to success. Why? Because if we change leader many times, each leader will lead us by their ways and as many times we change as many ways we have and we can know who and what ways and are suitable to develop the group and lead to success!
In general, it is very relevant to me and the Youth because it can find new ways and lead our group to success without controversy in a group.
