I therefore came back to the store day later, on September 6th, and I was talking with a respentative company about my issue. I let my camera for assistant, they guaranteed to be consider of reparing my camera and get back to me the days after.
Yet, one week for now, when I’ve contacted with the store again, I told me that my photocamera hasn’t repaired and they didn’t know how long it was fixed.
As you understand, it is unacceptable to wait for fixing it for a while. So, I would like to request that you could give me a full refund if I don’t get my camera fixing this weekend.
