Five colored papers

Hi, is it correct to use the plural "papers" to refer to five colored pieces of paper that have no writing or drawing on them (something you buy from a stationery store)? I hope my question is clear. Any help from you would be appreciated.

eg,

Have five colored papers to make shapes of triangles.
