I would like to hear your opinions on this question. It's probably very easy to answer.
A colleague of mine said to me that a 'fitting room' and a 'fitting cubicle' are the same thing. I disagreed with her. I thought that a fitting cubicle is an actual cubicle (with a curtain, mirror, clothes peg etc.), and that a fitting room simply is a room where one can find a number of fitting cubicles.
So, is there a difference between a fitting room and a fitting cubicle? I would say yes.
Thank you for your help!
Best,

For what it's worth, unless people where you live say "fitting cubicle" regularly, I would avoid it, for the simple reason that I have never heard that phrase before. It makes sense, it's just less common (in SAmE, at least).
