fit on / meet off

1. I need to check if this fits on me.
2. I can't find clothes to fit me.

Q) I found two different sentences. Can I say "I can't find clothes to fit on me" instead of #2?

If you meet someone off their train, plane, or bus, you go to the station, airport, or bus stop in order to be there when they arrive.

3. Mama met me at the station.

Q) Can "off" be omited as long as a context is understandable? (context for #3 can be "the daughter of 'mama' was asked to come to the station to pick her up".
