Could someone explain me (or provide a link with photo or youtube movie) what the "fixed tackle" means in context of fishing? The whole sentence is:
"In principal, free fishing also encompasses fishing with fixed tackle. But one exception from free fishing is fishing for salmon, sea trout or char with fixed tackle. In this case, the landowner has the sole rights."
This is q quote from the Norwegian fishing rules which I'd like to understand before I'll fish there.
