Fish, chicken, ... - Few or Little?

"Fish", "chicken", those nouns are countable but they don't change in the plural.

The plural of "chicken" is "chickens," unless you're talking about the meat.

"Fish" normally doesn't change in the plural, but "fishes" is sometimes possible. You can say "few fish."

"few fish" views fish as a collection of countable individuals: "there are few fish left in the lake". "little fish" views fish as an uncountable "substance", most probably as food: "there is very little fish left; probably not enough for a full portion". "little fish" can also mean "small fish", of course.

"few chicken" is wrong. It should be "few chickens". "little chicken" is possible

So if I understood well :
- "chicken" does "few chickens" when talking about the animal and "little chicken" when talking about the food
- "fish" does "few fish" (or "few fishes", but I have heard "fishes" isn't very used) and "little fish" when talking about the food too
