life in two aspects. First, regular exercise enables you to concentrate more
efficiently on the study with sound mind in sound body. Second, doing exercise also
teaches you the importance of observing rules and instructions, which will make
you adapt better to the school life.
I heard randomly enumerating things with a distinct word such as first and second is not always a good choice (it can be a good choice but I mean to avoid the repetition (first ..second several times in many paragraphs) or other reasons.
