First or Zero conditional

Hello everyone,

I have problems with this sentence:
If we ___________ (lead) ecologically responsible lifestyles, everybody _________ (benefit).

I know that (lead) is written on the line as "lead", but is the (benefit) in future or present simple form ?

Thank you in advance!

If we lead ecologically responsible lifestyles, [everybody will benefit].

Syntactically, "will" is a present tense modal auxiliary verb, so the bracketed clause is present tense. Semantically, it refers to future time.
